Services offered at Stride Mental Health include individual, family, and group therapy. Care coordination with your existing psychiatrist or mental health nurse practitioner is also provided.
We accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, United Healthcare, and Caterpillar BCBS/UHC insurance plans. We also see clients who prefer not to use insurance and plan to pay out of pocket. We are glad to work with you to determine your benefits ahead of your first session.
